Carnegiea gigantea, or Saguaro, is according to SEINet: "You know this plant. If not, you-d better learn it." We have these cute babies seed grown via Dan James who is moving to Patagonia and they are pretty adorable in small and big sizes. Best to plant or keep in a sunny pot until they are ready to plant. Best in lower elevation areas, when outside. There is a wild Saguaro down Salero Rd. in the Patagonia area, but it's a strange one and for the most part if you're trying to grow a Saguaro outside in the Patagonia area it needs a lot of protection from the cold.
