Scutellaria potosina, or Mexican Skullcap, is a delicate subshrub which has light purple flowers that attract hummingbirds between the months of April and August. They can grow to be 2.5 feet tall and about 2 feet around. Mexican skullcap grow between 2500-5500 feet in elevation. Although a relatively rare plant, they can be found in rocky or sandy areas and washes. No shipping.
