Dalea pulchra, or Santa Catalina Prairie Clover, is a perennial flowering plant that can become woody and slightly bushy, but isn't quite a shrub. This plant grows to be about 3 ft in height, has silvery leaves and fuzzy, purple flowers that bloom February-May. It is found on rocky slopes at 2500-5000 ft.
