Acourtia wrightii, or Wright’s Peony, grows to be 2 feet tall. It has many branches and fragrant, nectar-rich pink or purple clustered flowers. The clusters contain 8-12 florets each. This is a great plant for the lower desert and likes soils with gravel, caliche, or sandy loam composition. It flowers between June and November. Plant in full sun and water occasionally.
